The Hawaii State Department of Education (DOE) has a variety of resources for students and parents and guardians.

The DOE Student Services Branch (SSB) provides prevention and intervention services and programs that address the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students in preparation for college and career readiness.

Easterseals Hawaii Early Intervention Program

Do you have a child up to 3 years old diagnosed with a developmental delay or who may be considered at risk of delay?

The Easterseals Hawaii Early Intervention Program provides development assessment, monitoring, and related resources and services for children and their caregivers.

 

LD-ADHD Center of Hawaii

The LD-ADHD Center of Hawaii tests for the diagnosis and treats learning disabilities, attention disorders, neuro-development disorders, brain injuries, autism spectrum disorders, social and emotional issues, etc.
