Joining QCIPN

In general, to join QCIPN, you must:

• Be a licensed MD, DO, APRN, or PA in the State of Hawaii in good standing
• Agree to align with the vision and value proposition of QCIPN
• Adhere to the participation criteria outlined in the QCIPN policies and participation agreement

If your practice has multiple providers, each provider would be expected to participate in QCIPN initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of care to all patients.

The Queen’s Clinically Integrated Physician Network (QCIPN) is a vehicle for multiple contracts with different payers.  Current contracts include:

• Queen’s MSSP ACO (Medicare-Fee-for-Service Beneficiaries)
• AlohaCare
• UnitedHealthcare
• HMSA Payment Transformation
