QCIPN members have access to over 200 ACP Decisions videos in 20 languages. These shared-decision making tools offer patients and families educational videos that accurately portray the medical conditions they face, explain their treatment options, and help them partner with their providers to plan for future medical care.
Through HHIE, you can access patient medical records from a variety of different health care systems across the Hawaiian Islands. HHIE’s Health eNet puts community health records, electronic referrals tracking and HIPAA-compliant, encrypted Direct Secure Messaging at subscribers’ fingertips.
