General & Transplant Surgery
Dr. Whitney Limm is the Executive Vice President and Chief Physician Executive of The Queen’s Health Systems and the President, CEO, & Board Chair of the Queen’s Clinically Integrated Physician Network. Dr. Limm provides oversight for the Medical Staff Services Department, the Quality Department, the employed physician group (Queen’s Medical Group), and the QCIPN. Dr. Limm has been in practice as a general and transplant surgeon since 1991. He is a graduate of Stanford University and David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

Internal Medicine
Dr. Arnold Seid earned his master’s degree in chemical engineering from MIT and worked at Humble Oil (later Exxon). A thesis at Mass General Hospital on the particle-size distribution in aerosols shifted his focus toward medicine. He earned his doctorate at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, then moved to Hawaii to complete an internship and residency at the University of Hawaii. Nearly 40 years as a primary care physician, he currently runs two clinics in Wahiawa and Ewa Beach.
Dr. Natasha Parekh is the Chief Medical Officer for QCIPN, as well as the Medical Director for Primary Care Transformation. Dr. Parekh previously worked as a Senior Advisor at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Centers for High-Value Health Care and Value-Based Pharmacy Initiatives. She was a general internist and health services researcher within the UPMC hospital system, and served as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Pittsburgh Division of General Internal Medicine.

Pediatrics
Dr. Brett Ferguson received his medical degree from Michigan State University and completed a residency in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He worked as a pediatric emergency physician in Ann Arbor, then as a general pediatrician in a rural community in Louisiana, before moving to Hawaii. Dr. Ferguson is the owner of Paniolo Pediatric and Family Medicine on the Big Island.

Dr. Janice Harada earned her master’s degree and completed residency at the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Hawaii. She worked in private practice as a primary care physician several years before joining the Central Medical Clinic in Honolulu in 2016. In her spare time, Harada loves spending time with her dog Tiffany, as well as knitting and other hobbies.

Family Medicine
Dr. David Arthurs is a Family Physician with 30 years of experience: He earned his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Arthurs relocated to Hawaii in 2004 after 18 years practicing in Idaho. His practice has included all areas of medicine including hospital care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency medicine, long term and nursing facility care. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, spear fishing, and church activities.

Dr. Stuart Nakamoto received his medical degree from JABSOM at the University of Hawaii and completed his internal medicine residency at UH Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is a primary care physician at Queen’s Health Care Centers Hawaii Kai.
